Order Remarks
- No minimum charge and no delivery charge.
- As we need to order and pay for supplier first, please note that 70% cost will be charged in advance. If there is any reason that the supplier failed to provide the product, we will issue the full refund as soon as possible. Please transfer the remaining cost when collecting.
- As each fish is unique, final price will be recalculate after being weighed.
- All food except fresh fish will be frozen, in order to prevent deterioration of food during transportation and fulfilling hygiene standard.
- Freezing prevents bacteria from growing. Please consume the food after unfrozen. Sashimi can be stored in frozen fridge for two weeks.
- You will receive order items confirmation and the total amount for your pre-order after cut-off date. Please settle the payment within 24 hours, and provide a screenshot for confirmation via WhatsApp: +44 7501641618 or Email us at info@hekedeswindon.co.uk.

- 為防止食材於運輸過程中變壞，除鮮魚外所有食材會急凍運送，符合衞生標準。
- 食材如解凍後宜盡快食用，避免重覆放入雪櫃防止細菌滋生。急凍剌身可存放冰櫃兩星期。
